He was very straightforward, simple answers and explanations, honest and willing to help! He was at my house in less than 20min and had the door open in 2min! Before reaching his number I had called a few different companies which were either rude, absurdly over priced or just very confusing and difficult to deal with. I'm very grateful for Heath's help with our house project. He came out twice to help us and his rate was super reasonable.
